Our story

Founded to end the patchwork.

Industrial teams run their fleets on a patchwork: a portal per vendor, KPIs rebuilt in spreadsheets, and every new site an integration project of its own.

For years, industrial data has been stuck between brittle do-it-yourself stacks and closed legacy systems. Standing up connectivity, storage, alerting, and analytics was a data-engineering project before anyone could see a single reading, and the result rarely traveled to the next site.

Fleetera was founded by engineers who kept building that plumbing by hand, one customer at a time, and decided to build it once, properly, as a product.

The result is one platform, built in three layers. Fabric connects every asset, whatever it speaks, into one live model. Specialized AI agents then build the KPIs your fleet is measured by. And you act on them from the same place, without replacing what's in the field.

It runs real fleets today, streaming production telemetry into live dashboards and alerts, with agent-drafted analytics in early access. We're an engineering-led team based in Switzerland, building for operators across energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and building management.

    Founder & CEO

    Sergey has spent more than fifteen years building software and integration systems for industrial operators: power generation, renewables and battery storage, data centers, and process industries from oil and gas early on to direct air capture more recently. In the years before Fleetera he built industrial data pipelines and asset performance management systems across several of those industries, energy among them, and rebuilt the same platform by hand each time. Fleetera is that platform, built once. Based in Zurich.
