Where we're headed
Fleetera is built as three layers: Fabric to connect and model, Insight to analyze, Command to act. This roadmap is those layers deepening. Here's what's already shipped, what's next, and the longer vision we're building toward.

The platform ships today as three layers: Fabric connects and models your fleet, Insight turns its telemetry into live dashboards and alerts, and Command manages fleet configuration from the cloud, audit-trailed end to end.
The layers deepen
What's in flight now: Insight heading toward general availability with custom KPIs and analytics its agents build for you, and Command taking on supervisory equipment commands under enforced governance.
Custom KPIs & calculations
Define the KPIs your assets should be measured by, per asset type, computed continuously, with history backfilled and results stored as time series that work everywhere telemetry does.
Pretrained analytics by industry
Pretrained calculations per asset class, starting with battery storage: cycle detection, round-trip efficiency, and capacity fade, previewed on your data before anything goes live. More industries follow.
KPIs your agents build
Describe what you want to know in plain language. A specialist agent writes the calculation, works out which assets it applies to, and previews it over your own history. Nothing activates without your approval.
Supervisory equipment commands
Adjust a limit or change a mode from the cloud. These are supervisory instructions to your site's control systems, never a replacement for them. The governance is already live, covering risk gating, four-eyes approvals, and execute-scoped access; the equipment write-back path is still being wired end to end on the forward runtime.
Closing the loop
Where we're headed: expertise you can install, workflows that wire detection to action, and open interfaces for your own tools and agents. None of this is available yet, and when it is, a human approves what runs.
Insight marketplace
A marketplace of specialist agents you can add to your workspace, each carrying the KPIs and monitoring practice for one asset class, ready to work on your data.
Workflows & closed loop
An Insight detection proposes a Command action, and approved playbooks run with guardrails. Closed-loop operations that always stay subject to human approval.
Fleetera SDK
Customize pipeline stages across processing, transforms, storage, and queries, to build exactly the pipeline your operations need.
MCP & APIs for agents
Open interfaces so agents and external tools can read, reason over, and act on your industrial data, inside the same governance model. The direction is decided and specified; the build is sequenced behind the layers above.
